The Interclan Alliance was formed as a communications center and centralized area for interclan relations. It does not serve as a superclan or council of clans, rather, it is a place for people to gather to discuss common objectives and ideals for the clan community. One of its primary objectives is to foster good relations between clans, but it also serves as a technology and information sharing center.
